On July 1, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention(NACP) issued an order to Clare Spottiswoode, Chair of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.
The NAСP order requires terminating the contract № 1 with the Naftogaz CEO as this contract is illegal according to the Law of Ukraine “On Corruption Prevention” (Part 2, Art. 26).

Earlier, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) warned that in case approved the draft law № 5253 will prohibit the NACP to detect fictitious financial transactions of parties and services provided at reduced or inflated prices. On February 1, the Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) Oleksandr Novikov drew up administrative offense reports against judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) Volodymyr Moysyk, Ihor Slidenko, and Iryna Zavhorodnia.
