Main functions of the
Directorate for Educational Outreach and Training Programs
1) organizes training, retraining, and advanced training on issues related to the prevention of corruption for employees of state bodies, bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and local self-government officials (except for advanced training of civil servants and local self-government officials);
2) implements measures, including those of an educational nature, aimed at forming a negative attitude towards corruption in the minds of citizens and developing ethical values among public servants;
3) informs the public about the training and information and educational activities carried out by the National Agency regarding corruption prevention, and the implementation of measures aimed at forming a negative attitude towards corruption in the minds of citizens;
4) studies and analyzes the needs for professional development of public servants;
5) ensures the development of the content of training programs, workshops, webinars, lectures, and courses on the topics of corruption prevention, integrity building, and related subjects;
6) ensures the preparation of methodological, informational, reference, and analytical materials necessary for developing the capacity and integrity of state authorities, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations of state and communal ownership (hereinafter – public sector organizations);
7) organizes and conducts, independently and/or with the involvement of other state authorities, local self-government bodies, civil society organizations, educational institutions, international technical assistance projects, etc., training in the format of webinars, workshops, information sessions, and other information and educational events on issues related to corruption prevention, the development of ethical values, and integrity building among public servants;
8) provides methodological assistance regarding the establishment of systematic work on corruption prevention and integrity assurance in public sector organizations;
9) researches and disseminates Ukrainian and international best practices in integrity building and corruption prevention among public sector organizations;
10) carries out internal monitoring and evaluation of the quality of educational, methodological, informational, and educational materials and events, as well as evaluating the level of participant satisfaction with the organization and delivery of educational, methodological, informational, and educational events;
11) participates in the organization and conduction of forums, conferences, round tables, webinars, workshops, information sessions, and other information and educational events on issues related to corruption prevention, integrity building, and related subjects;
12) establishes and develops, within its competence, partnership relations and cooperation between the National Agency and public sector organizations, civil society organizations, etc., on issues falling within the competence of the Division;
13) establishes cooperation with educational activity subjects (higher education institutions, business schools, training centers, etc.) to ensure the effective implementation of the Directorate's tasks;
14) coordinates the creation and supports internship programs, educational practices, and study visits that take place at the National Agency;
15) analyzes scientific trends, international experience, and changes in legislation in the field of corruption prevention, forming a negative attitude towards corruption, and developing ethical values among public servants;
16) ensures the maintenance and administration of the online learning platform "NAZK.Study" (https://study.nazk.gov.ua/).
