On prevention of political corruption

The legislation of Ukraine envisages the funding of activities of several political parties operating in Ukraine. The NACP controls compliance of political party financial operations with legislation and monitors:

• the targeted use of funds allocated from the State Budget of Ukraine for the party’s activities;
• the timeliness of submission and completeness of party reports on property, income, expenses and financial liabilities;
• the timeliness of submission and completeness of reports on receipt and use of election funds during national and local elections;
• the completeness of the report on the external independent financial audit of party activities.
