Main functions of the

Division for Coordination of Management Activities and Interaction:

1) ensuring conditions for effective management activities of the National Agency's leadership, providing consultations and information necessary for the execution of the powers vested in the National Agency's leadership;

2) carrying out, upon the instruction of the National Agency's leadership, analysis of the implementation of documents under control, preparing proposals to ensure their timely execution, informing the National Agency's leadership on the status of execution of the specified documents;

3) ensuring interaction of the National Agency's leadership with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, state bodies and local self-government bodies, as well as enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of the form of ownership;

4) organization and implementation of work related to the development of draft memoranda and their preparation for signing, ensuring the storage, accounting, and updating of signed memoranda;

5) creation, populating, and maintenance of the information base of stakeholders in an up-to-date state;

6) organization of planning of prospective, current, and operational work plans, compiling daily and weekly work plans for the National Agency's leadership, participation in the organization and coordination of the planning process within the National Agency, and monitoring the execution of planned measures;

7) carrying out the development of draft regulatory legal acts and participation in the elaboration of draft regulatory legal acts.
