Main functions of the
Department of Information Systems, Analytical Work, and Information Protection:
1) ensures the maintenance of the National Agency's state registers and portals (the maintenance of which is within the powers of the National Agency);
2) carries out the technical maintenance of the National Agency's state registers and portals with the involvement of developers of the respective registers and portals and other organizations;
3) in communication with the relevant structural subdivisions of the National Agency's staff, ensures the provision of technical assistance to users of the National Agency's registers and portals;
4) ensures the resolution of technical issues concerning the National Agency's access to relevant information databases and registers of state bodies;
5) takes measures for the information-technical support and maintenance of the National Agency's ICS (Information and Communication System) and AS (Automated System);
6) ensures the installation and configuration of computer and network equipment necessary for the performance of official duties by the National Agency's employees;
7) conducts work on information protection, develops and implements documents in the field of information protection at information activity objects;
8) ensures the creation and operation of integrated information protection systems for the National Agency's ICS and AS;
9) ensures the formation of the strategy for working with information within the National Agency;
10) carries out the formation of effective models of information interaction between the structural subdivisions of the National Agency and between the National Agency and external institutions and organizations;
11) ensures the creation, maintenance in an up-to-date state, and development of interoperability mechanisms for the ICS and data used by the National Agency;
12) ensures the implementation and support of information and analytical products for the needs of the structural subdivisions and staff of the National Agency (with the involvement of third-party organizations).
