Main functions of the
Directorate for Human Resources:
1) implementation of state policy on human resource management in the National Agency;
2) ensuring the Head of the National Agency exercises their powers regarding human resource management;
3) recruitment and adaptation of the National Agency's personnel;
4) documentary formalization of entry into civil service, its progression, and termination;
5) ensuring the organizational development of the National Agency;
6) ensuring the functioning of internal communications;
7) personnel development and organization of measures to improve the professional competence of the National Agency's employees;
8) carrying out analytical and organizational work on personnel management (HR management);
9) organization of work on internships for civil servants and youth;
10) organization of the assessment of civil servants' performance results;
11) maintenance of military registration of conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service, and organization of mobilization work.
