Main functions of the
Directorate for Lifestyle Monitoring and Control over the Completeness of Declaration Filing:
The main tasks of the Directorate are to ensure the fulfillment of the National Agency’s powers regarding conducting lifestyle monitoring of declarants and controlling the completeness of declarations of persons authorized to perform state or local government functions (hereinafter – declarations), with the purpose of:
- detecting signs of corruption offenses, particularly illicit enrichment and the acquisition of unjustified assets;
- automated detection of signs of false information being entered into the declaration;
- ensuring the receipt and analysis of information necessary to establish signs of corruption offenses, particularly illicit enrichment and the acquisition of unjustified assets;
- monitoring and analyzing data;
- implementing measures defined by the state anti-corruption program for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy on issues within the competence of the Directorate.
