Main functions of the
Directorate of Communications and Information Policy:
1) ensures the conduct and coordination of communication measures aimed at informing citizens about the National Agency's activities and generating public interest in matters of corruption prevention and combating;
2) develops the draft Communications Strategy in the field of corruption prevention and combating, and ensures its submission for the consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
3) participates in the implementation of the Communications Strategy measures in the field of corruption prevention and combating, and coordinates its execution by other state bodies;
4) participates in the organization and conduct of information campaigns on corruption prevention and combating;
5) organizes press conferences, briefings, and other events with the participation of media representatives; participates in the organization of events involving the public;
6) coordinates the participation of the Head and Deputy Heads of the National Agency, and other National Agency speakers in public events and interaction with the media;
7) organizes the work of the media center in the National Agency;
8) ensures the coordination of partnership relations with the media, the provision of information to the media for covering the National Agency's activities; carries out the accreditation of journalists to participate in events conducted by the National Agency;
9) participates in the development of visual materials for covering the National Agency's activities;
10) ensures the coverage of working trips and official visits of the National Agency's leadership;
11) processes materials provided by the structural subdivisions of the National Agency's staff for placement on the National Agency's website, on the Internet, and in the media;
12) approves information for placement on the official website and social media pages of the National Agency;
13) ensures the monitoring of media and social network reports on the National Agency's activities; develops a position for responding to reports that may contain false or inaccurate information about the National Agency's activities.
