Main functions of the
Division for Digital Transformation and Innovative Development:
1) ensures the implementation of new projects, including the development of IT products;
2) performs functions related to the centralization, coordination, and standardization of projects within the structure of the National Agency;
3) ensures the necessary level of engagement of external and internal experts in the digital transformation of the National Agency;
4) collects information on problems related to the execution of the National Agency's work processes, particularly by analyzing reports on the National Agency's performance results and conducting surveys of the National Agency's employees;
5) ensures the analysis of the National Agency's work processes for the purpose of:
- evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness, and consumer-orientation of work processes, specifically by identifying and measuring key work process indicators;
- assessing the degree of alignment between the results of work processes and the strategic goals and core tasks (functions) of the National Agency;
- preparing information about work processes for its inclusion in the National Agency's work process catalog;
6) organizes the creation and populating of the National Agency's work process catalog;
7) monitors the maintenance of the relevance of information entered into the National Agency's work process catalog by the work process owners;
8) prepares the draft action plan for the analysis and optimization of work processes for the relevant year;
9) ensures, in accordance with its competence, the organization and execution of work process optimization measures, the documentation of their results, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation results of work process optimization projects, and the preparation of conclusions and proposals;
10) monitors the actual values of key indicators for optimized work processes and prepares relevant proposals, if necessary;
11) prepares reports on the results of implementing work process optimization projects and organizes their public dissemination;
12) prepares annual reports on the execution of action plans for the analysis and optimization of work processes for the relevant years;
13) submits reports, conclusions, and proposals to the Head of the National Agency for the adoption of relevant management decisions;
14) participates in measures for the implementation of the process approach in state bodies;
15) develops draft strategic planning documents in the field of digital transformation, and submits them for consideration to the Head of the National Agency and the Deputy Head of the National Agency, according to the distribution of duties;
16) participates in the informational content management of the National Agency's official website.
