Main functions of the
Division for Financial Control Measures Regarding Certain Categories of Persons:
The main task of the Division is to carry out financial control measures regarding certain categories of persons defined by the first paragraph of part one of Article 52-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (hereinafter – declarants).
The powers of the Division include:
1) conducting full audits of declarants' declarations;
2) carrying out lifestyle monitoring of declarants;
3) controlling the timely submission of declarants' declarations, notifications of significant changes in financial status, and notifications of the opening of foreign currency accounts in non-resident bank institutions.
