Main functions of the
Division for Stakeholder Engagement and Assurance of Anti-Corruption Policy Acts Adoption:
1) Formulation of the anti-corruption policy in the field of lobbying, which includes:
- Analysis and collection of data on the current situation regarding the legislative regulation of lobbying;
- Development of normative legal acts that regulate specific issues in the field of lobbying, and support (if necessary) of the procedure for coordinating such draft normative legal acts with interested bodies, processing them in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, government committees, and committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Parliament);
- Ensuring the identification and analysis of normative legal acts and their drafts that may influence the sphere of lobbying in Ukraine, and the preparation of conclusions (positions) of the National Agency regarding such normative legal acts or their drafts;
- Ensuring the creation and functioning of the Transparency Register.
2) Coordination of the process of forming the Public Council under the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and support for its ongoing activities.
3) Preparation and approval of Memorandums of Cooperation between the National Agency and interested parties (stakeholders).
4) Participation in engaging the public in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of anti-corruption policy. Provision of methodological assistance to the independent structural units of the National Agency's staff when interacting with stakeholders regarding drafted normative legal acts in the sphere of state anti-corruption policy.
