Deputy Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention
Born on December 15, 1985, in the Luhansk region.
Education
In 2007, graduated with honors from Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko with a degree in Law and obtained a lawyer's qualification.
In 2010, he graduated with honors from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University with a degree in Finance and received a Master of Finance.
Candidate of Law.
Professional experience
From 2007 to 2010, worked as a legal counsel and later as the Head of the Legal Department at the Arbitration Association.
In the period from 2010 to 2014, he was engaged in teaching and research activities in the field of formation and implementation of criminal and anti-corruption policy of Ukraine. He was a researcher at the research laboratory, lecturer, senior lecturer, and associate professor at the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko.
In 2014-2020, he worked as an expert on criminal justice and anti-corruption at the Center for Political and Legal Reforms.
From 2020 until his appointment as Vice Head of NACP on August 15, 2024, he headed the NACP Anti-Corruption Policy Department.
He is the author (co-author) of more than 60 educational, scientific and practical, and popular science works.
