The Office of the Prosecutor General and the State Bureau of Investigation, including based on the materials of a full verification conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), have notified the former Head of the Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Khmelnytskyi region of suspicion for knowingly submitting false information in his 2023 declaration amounting to over UAH 30 million.
During the full verification, the NACP established that the declarant failed to indicate in the declaration information about two vehicles purchased by his wife in 2023 — an AUDI Q8 and an AUDI Q5 (both manufactured in 2023) worth UAH 2.6 million and UAH 2.4 million, respectively.
In addition, the official failed to declare commercial premises with an area of 430 sq. m, 409.3 sq. m, and 416.2 sq. m, owned by his wife and located in Khmelnytskyi, where she actively conducts business activities in the field of furniture and lighting trade. The total value of the real estate amounts to UAH 24.7 million.
The official is charged with knowingly entering false information into a declaration (Article 366-2, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
