
The Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region, based on the results of a full audit of declarations conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), has notified the former head of the Department of Engineering Protection of the City Territory and Coastal Development of the Odesa City Council of suspicions under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (declaration of false information).
In her declarations for 2022 and 2023, the former official did not disclose information about eight land plots she owns in the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions, two vehicles, corporate rights in three companies, over UAH 2 million in income, as well as two apartments: her own in the Odesa region with an area of over 44.7 square metres worth over 609,000 UAH, and an apartment in Odesa with an area of over 74.8 square metres worth almost UAH 900,000, which she gifted to her son.
The total amount of inaccurate information provided in the declarations is almost UAH 9.5 million.

Note: In accordance with Part 1 of Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt has been proven in accordance with the law and established by a court verdict.
