The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has connected the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to the Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal. From now on, its employees can report (including anonymously) possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses.
Currently, 106 public organizations are connected to the mentioned Portal, including specially authorized entities in the field of combating corruption, ministries, agencies, regional state (military) administrations, city and local councils, etc.
The portal provides round-the-clock public access for reporting through internal channels. It is a convenient and simple tool that minimizes the human factor and prevents interference with the system and information leakage. So, if you become aware of corruption or corruption-related offenses in your organization, please report them. The portal will show you how to do it quickly and correctly.
The National Agency encourages public authorities, institutions and organizations to submit documents in accordance with the priority for joining the Portal, and also provides advisory and practical assistance.
As a reminder, on September 6, 2023, the NACP launched the Unified Whistleblower Reporting Portal, where citizens can report corruption.
The portal is one of the tools for implementing anti-corruption policy, the creation of which is provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025 (SACP). Therefore, ensuring the operation of a special resource where whistleblowers can safely report corruption is one of the NACP's priorities.
