Almost 150 political parties failed to submit reports for the first quarter of 2025

20.05.2025

On 12 May 2025, the reporting campaign for parliamentary and non-parliamentary political parties for the first quarter of 2025 ended. Almost 150 political parties failed to submit reports on their property, income, expenses and financial obligations (hereinafter referred to as reports) to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) for this reporting period.

In accordance with Part 20 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Political Parties in Ukraine,’ the NACP is required to publish on its official website, within 10 calendar days of the deadline for political parties to submit their reports, a list of political parties that have not submitted their reports within the specified time frame. NACP must also ensure that those responsible are held accountable in accordance with the law.

Failure to submit reports is punishable under Articles 212-21 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (KUAP). This includes a fine of between 300 and 400 non-taxable minimum incomes, i.e. between 5,100 and 6,800 UAH.

We would like to remind you that more than 130 political parties did not submit reports to the NACP for the fourth quarter of 2024.
