Based on the results of lifestyle monitoring and in cooperation with the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), as well as evidence obtained by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP), the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has established that the Head of the South-Eastern Department for the Execution of Criminal Sentences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has signs of acquiring unjustified assets. It is a 2021 LAND ROVER RANGE VOQUE car worth almost UAH 3.3 million.
It was established that in 2023, the official's daughter purchased the car in the interests of her father, who disposed of it.
NACP analyzed the income and expenditures of the official and his family and concluded that it was impossible to acquire the property at the expense of legitimate income.
The SAPO prosecutors filed a lawsuit to recognize the assets as unjustified and to recover them for the state's benefit with the High Anti-Corruption Court.
