On March 6, 2025, based on the materials of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) and on the materials received by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) partially satisfied the claim of the SAPO prosecutor to declare an asset unjustified and to recover it as state revenue, which belongs to the head of the Department for Combating Drug Crimes of the National Police of Ukraine.
It is a half of an apartment in the capital worth more than UAH 1.8 million, which the official and his wife acquired in 2021.
During the lifestyle monitoring, the NACP found that the spouses were unable to buy the real estate with funds obtained from legal sources.
The court's decision may be appealed to the HACC Appeals Chamber within 30 days from the date of its announcement.
