Based on the materials of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) filed a lawsuit to the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine to declare and confiscate the assets (worth more than UAH 1.9 million) of the Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.
Thus, during the monitoring of the lifestyle of the official, the NACP discovered that in May 2023, his mother purchased a 97.7-square-meter apartment in the center of Poltava for more than UAH 1.9 million without having the financial means to afford it.
At the same time, it was found that the apartment was occupied by the official and his family members.
Given the facts, the SAPO filed a lawsuit to recognize the asset as unjustified and recover it for the state (civil forfeiture).
