The State Bureau of Investigation, based in part on the materials of a full audit of the 2023 declaration conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), has notified the head of the non-staff permanent garrison military medical commission of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine of a suspicion of inaccurate declaring in the amount of UAH 2.7 million (Part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
During the full audit, the NACP established that during the reporting period, the official acquired ownership of an apartment valued at UAH 3.3 million. Meanwhile, a portion of the funds used for the purchase, amounting to UAH 2.7 million, was obtained from unidentified sources. Furthermore, the declarant concealed the real value of the real estate, understating it by UAH 1.8 million.
The pretrial investigation is being carried out under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Defense Sphere of the Central Region.
