The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) presented a new online course, "Integrity Community" during the first Integrity Community Forum held on July 20, 2023.
"The new course is a part of a large training program for public officials called "Integrity in Government". It is entirely dedicated to the issue of building an integrity community. By completing this course, you can learn more about the peculiarities of anti-corruption legislation as well as anti-corruption tools that should be used to increase the efficiency and transparency of local governments," said Iryna Chahovets, Head of the NACP Integrity Office.
After completing the course, everyone will have the necessary knowledge and skills to increase the level of integrity in their communities.
The course will be useful for representatives of:
regional councils;
- city and district councils, executive committees;
- district councils;
- village and settlement councils and their executive committees;
- administrative service centers.

The training covers six topics and lasts six hours. Attendees will learn about:
- the local government system and its role in public administration in Ukraine;
- the anti-corruption program of local authorities as a tool for building a virtuous community;
- corruption risks in the activities of local authorities;
- peculiarities of conflict of interest settlement in local self-government bodies;
- specifics of e-declaration;
- building an integrity-based environment in the community.
Upon completion of the course, attendees will be able to test their knowledge using the interactive part of the test and receive a certificate.
The course is available on the Study.NAZK learning platform, which already has 19 courses on anti-corruption and integrity.
