The aggressor country shells Ukraine daily with various types of weapons, including tactical aircraft carrying X-59 missiles. The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has replenished the Unified Database of Foreign Components in Weapons with 42 new parts for Russian X-59 aircraft missiles.
These missiles, together with "Shahed" UAVs, foreign parts of which can be found in our Database, were regularly used by Russia during massive shelling recently.
For instance, on January 4, 2024, Russia shelled an energy facility in Kropyvnytskyi with this missile. The shelling killed one person and injured 8 others.
We cannot allow foreign technologies and components to continue to become part of aggressors' weapons and kill civilians around the world. We will continue to regularly update the Database so that manufacturers, officials, investigative journalists, and concerned citizens from different countries can unite to prevent the proliferation of technology to terrorist regimes such as Russia. We advise you to subscribe to our Database updates by following the link.
The NACP expresses its deep respect and gratitude to all Ukrainian military personnel who seize these weapons, as well as to research centers for studying and identifying these components.

It is worth reminding that the role of the NACP in sanctions policy is defined in the Roadmap for Individual Sanctions developed by the Stanford International Working Group on Russian Sanctions. In particular, the NACP identifies companies that supply electronic components to Russia.
