The navigation system, battery, optics, engine and many other components that make up Russia's leading attack UAV Lancet are not produced in Russia, but are imported. The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has added new components from the Russian Lancet UAV to the Database of Foreign Components in Weapons.
Despite the fact that the Ukrainian military has repeatedly shot down these drones, they continue to pose a threat to both civilian infrastructure and our military at the front. These drones can stay in the air, tracking a target, and then rapidly attack it after receiving a command from the operator. For example, a built-in foreign-made camera helps the Lancets track the target.
The UAVs are manufactured by the Russian company ZALA Aero, a part of the Kalashnikov Concern, which is under sanctions by Ukraine and the countries of the sanctions coalition. However, Russia continues to produce these UAVs using foreign components.
Foreign technologies and components have no place in the weapons of aggressors. The NACP regularly updates the Database to help international partners gather sufficient evidence and investigate supply chains to bring those involved in this war to justice.
Earlier, the NACP has already added foreign-made parts to the Database for Russian Supercam S350 and Granat-4 UAVs and Iranian Shahed-136 and Mohajer-6 UAVs.

It is worth reminding that the role of the NACP in sanctions policy is defined in the Roadmap for Individual Sanctions developed by the Stanford International Working Group on Russian Sanctions. In particular, the NACP identifies companies that supply electronic components to Russia and the countries of the sanctions coalition. However, Russia continues to produce these UAVs using foreign components.
