The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has included the current MP in the Unified State Register of Persons Who Committed Corruption or Corruption-Related Offenses.

This was based on the decision of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, which dismissed the MP's appeal against the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv. In March last year, the Pechersk Court reviewed NACP protocol and found the official guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Violation of requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest.”

As a reminder, the NACP drew up a protocol based on the materials of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) on the facts of the MP's exercise of his parliamentary powers in conditions of a real conflict of interest. The SBI investigators conducted a pre-trial investigation into the fact that he committed forgery in order to create grounds for his travel abroad.

In particular, in August 2023, he sent a deputy appeal to the Ministry of Health, in which he demanded to provide information on the progress and results of consideration of his previous appeal to the Ministry, whose forgery is the subject of the said pre-trial investigation.
