Pursuant to the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine No. 13-r/2020 of October 27, 2020, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) today, on October 28, at 19:00, closes access to the Unified State Register of Declarations.
This means that the state bodies and the public no longer have open round-the-clock access to electronic declarations of officials, and the NACP stops their checking, filing and publishing.
“This is a crushing defeat of anti-corruption reform in Ukraine. We hope that legislators will not ignore this situation, and there is still a chance for Ukraine to have a government apparatus without corruption”, the NACP Head said.
