The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) received a letter from representatives of the Belarusian opposition with a list of individuals and legal entities that actively support Russian aggression against Ukraine in the Republic of Belarus. The list includes 24 judges involved in repression against citizens of Belarus who express their support for Ukraine and speak out against Russian aggression. The list of candidates also includes 15 propagandists who contributed to the outbreak of the war, the spread of Russian lies and the justification of Russian aggression. In addition, the lists of candidates will be supplemented by other persons and organizations associated with the so-called Union State of Belarus and Russia, which are involved in the forced relocation of Ukrainian children.
"Every judge who convicts people for supporting Ukraine and peace, every propagandist who incites an unprovoked aggressive war, and most importantly, the persons who are involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children, must feel the concrete consequences of their actions. Being included in the list of candidates for sanctions is an important step on this path", - stressed the Head of the NACP Oleksandr Novikov.
The NACP has already sent these proposals to the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and the Prosecutor General's Office.
The role of the NACP in identifying candidates for sanctions is provided for in the Individual Sanctions Roadmap developed by the Stanford International Working Group on Russian Sanctions.
You can find the full list of candidates for sanctions on the "War and Sanctions" portal via the link.
The NACP has added to the list of candidates for sanctions Belarusian propagandists, judges, officials and companies that support Russian aggression against Ukraine
