Chief of Staff of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention
Born on September 16, 1978 in Zugres, Donetsk region.
Education
Graduated from Donetsk National Technical University in 2000 and from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 2005. Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration, author of a number of scientific works on the problems of public management and administration.
Professional activity
Since January 24, 2020, he has been appointed as the Chief of Staff of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention. Ihor Khokhych is responsible for the following areas of the NACP’s work:
- prevention of political corruption;
- development of information and analytical systems of the National Agency;
- planning and financial activity, document flow and material and technical support of the apparatus;
- interaction of the NACP apparatus with the Office of the President of Ukraine, the apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the apparatuses of ministries, other central executive bodies, state bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership.
2017 - 2020 — Member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine", where he headed the audit committee of the Supervisory Board.
In 2019, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine".
2010 - 2014 - held the positions of the Director of the Youth Policy Department of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the State Service of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
In 2014, he became one of the initiators of the creation of the NGO "All-Ukrainian Youth Movement "Responsibility starts with me".
In 2008, he headed the Department for Checking Public Procurements of the Control and Audit Department in Kyiv.
