
The activities of the newly created Interdepartmental Working Group on implementation of measures in the field of digitization of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025 (SACP) will ensure effective coordination of the work of all government bodies implementing the program, will allow to develop the necessary legislation and attract additional resources for the creation and improvement of digital products. Deputy Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) Andrii Vishnevskyi stated this.
Working Group is a temporary advisory body of the Government, created to ensure the implementation of measures in the field of digitalization, provided for in the SACP. In particular, it is planned to implement 63 IT tools for 2023-2025. Among them - a single electronic urban cadastre, an interactive map of reconstruction works, automation of procedures and improvement of the functioning of electronic services in the field of taxation. It is also envisaged to improve the work of the Unified register of state-owned objects, IT tools in higher education and science, health care.
"The implementation of digital tools provided for in the Anti-Corruption Strategy and SACP will reduce opportunities for corruption abuses. It is necessary to automate even more public services, increase the availability and openness of information, as well as ensure transparent reconstruction processes. At the moment, NACP is also finalizing the development of a modern IT tool for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of anti-corruption measures by SACP implementers. Such online monitoring will help all Ukrainians and our partners to see in real time how each authority is fighting corruption in its sphere of authority",- Andri Vyshnevskyi noted.
The interdepartmental working group was headed by the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology — Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and the Head of the NACP Oleksandr Novikov. It included representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, representatives of international technical assistance projects and programs.
