COSP11: the National Agency on Corruption Prevention invites you to take part in the event “Ukraine's Resilience: Anti-Corruption for Post-War Recovery”

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) invites you to join an online special event, ‘Ukraine's Resilience: Anti-Corruption for Post-War Recovery,’ which will take place during the 11th session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC).

Join online via the ZOOM platform at the link on 17 December 2025 at 13:00 Kyiv time.

The event is dedicated to the role of anti-corruption institutions and international cooperation in ensuring transparency, accountability and integrity in Ukraine's post-war recovery. Practical approaches, policy decisions and lessons learned, the importance of partnerships in building sustainable governance systems, and how this affects the new Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026-2030, outlining the path to a transparent and sustainable future, will also be discussed.
Speakers include:

  • Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention;
  • Elizabeth Andersen, Executive Director of the Basel Institute on Governance;
  • Tetiana Khutor, Head of the Institute of Legislative Ideas;
  • Julia Fromholz, Head of the OECD Anti-Corruption Division;
  • Gavin Hayman, Executive Director of the Open Contracting Partnership.

Moderator: Jennifer Sarvary Bradford, Chief (OiC) Field Support Section Corruption and Economic Crime Branch, Division of Treaty Affairs, UNODC.

The event is organised by the NACP in cooperation with the Basel Institute on Crime Prevention and Justice, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and the Institute of Legislative Ideas.

UNCAC (2003) is a universal international agreement that defines mechanisms for preventing corruption, criminalising offences, international cooperation and asset recovery.

The Conference of the States Parties to UNCAC is the key body for monitoring the implementation of the Convention and setting global priorities in the fight against corruption.

On behalf of the President of Ukraine, the Ukrainian delegation at this year's conference is headed by NACP Head Viktor Pavlushchyk. The delegation also includes representatives of key anti-corruption and diplomatic institutions: representatives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the High Anti-Corruption Court, The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes, and others.
