The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) while monitoring the lifestyle and taking into account the materials of the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) found signs of acquisition of unjustified assets worth 4.85 million UAH by the former acting head of the Kharkiv Regional Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support (Territorial Centre and Social Support).

Prosecutors from the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to recognise the assets as unjustified and recover them for the state.

Between 2023 and 2024, individuals close to the official acquired a 2023 BMW X6 and a 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid, with a total value of 4.85 million hryvnia, for private use. At the time of acquisition of the assets, he held the positions of head of the district Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support and acting head of the Kharkiv Regional Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support.

NACP analysed the official's family income and expenses and established that it was impossible to acquire the specified property from legal income.
