Main functions of the
Directorate for full audits of declarations:
1) conducts the full audit of declarations, except for the declarations of employees of the National Agency and certain categories of persons specified in sub-paragraphs «в», «г», «д», «е», «з», «и» of paragraph 1 of part one of Art. 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", in accordance with the requirements of Art. 52-1 of the Law;
2) develops proposals and methodological documents for improving the regulatory framework for the procedure of full audit of declarations, optimizing and automating the full audit procedure and the documentation of its results;
3) participates in the periodic monitoring of legislation, pre-trial investigation practice, and judicial practice regarding the need to review the principles of qualification of actions under part 4 of Art. 172-6 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ensures interaction with pre-trial investigation bodies and the court to ensure a unified approach in qualifying the actions of persons based on the results of the conducted full audits of declarations;
4) develops proposals for improving the declaration form, including regarding the automation of its completion procedure;
5) takes measures to carry out periodic monitoring of the effectiveness of logical and arithmetic control applied to declarations selected for mandatory full audit of declarations, takes measures to review and change the configuration settings of the logical and arithmetic control module;
6) participates in the preparation of legal positions of the National Agency on financial control issues;
7) develops draft normative legal acts on matters within the competence of the Directorate;
8) prepares proposals for the preparation or revision of orders and other documents of the National Agency on matters within the competence of the Directorate, and submits them to the Head of the National Agency.
