The Competition Commission for the Selection of the Head of the NACP decided to admit 51 candidates to the competition based on the submitted documents, and 13 persons were denied admission to the competition. The list of candidates can be found here.
The decision was made at the Commission's meeting on December 28.
In total, the Commission received documents from 64 people.
The Commission decided to evaluate the candidates in the following stages:
Stage I - general aptitude testing, psychological testing, and integrity testing. All candidates admitted to the competition will be invited to participate in the first stage. The tests will take place on January 4, 2024 (Thursday);
Stage II - completion of an ethical leadership task, testing of candidates' knowledge of anti-corruption legislation, written answers of candidates on their vision of the NACP's future activities, and a psychological interview;
Stage III - conducting an in-depth psychological interview and presentation by the candidates of their vision of the NACP's future activities.
The announcement of the sequence and timing of the competition stages with detailed instructions and sample tasks will be posted on the official page of the Competition on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In addition, the Commission has extended the deadline for submission of a copy of the State Certificate of Proficiency in the State Language until February 5, 2024 (inclusive) due to technical work in the system for conducting examinations for the level of proficiency in the state language from December 19, 2023 and the resulting break in the examinations.

The Head of the NACP is appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine following an open competitive selection process for a term of four years and cannot hold this position twice in a row. Oleksandr Novikov was appointed as the Head of the NACP on January 15, 2020.
