The Konotop City District Court of Sumy Region found a former deputy of the Duboviazivka Village Council of Konotop District guilty of providing false information in his declaration (Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The court's verdict has come into force.
The court sentenced him to a fine of UAH 51,000 and deprived him of the right to hold office or engage in activities related to the performance of state or local government functions for a period of one year.

- a non-residential building with an area of 381.9 square metres in the village of Tuchne, Sumy region, which he owns;
- 26 land plots belonging to his wife and leased to a company on behalf of which the declarant signed lease agreements as the company's director;
- three trucks and a semi-trailer owned by his wife and transferred to the same company for use;
- his wife's income from leasing land plots, wages and balances in her bank accounts.
