The Investigative Directorate of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv, with the operational support of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine and based, in part, on the materials of a full verification of the 2023 declaration by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, has notified an official of the Road Maintenance Department of the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv of suspicion for inaccurate declaration exceeding UAH 5.5 million.
During the verification, it was established, in particular, that the official concealed the real value of an apartment (over UAH 4.7 million) and a parking space (over UAH 716,000) in an elite residential complex in the capital, registered in his wife's name.
The official is charged with the submission of knowingly false information in a declaration (Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the CC of Ukraine).
The full verification of the declaration was initiated based on a report from the Anti-Corruption Center "MEZHA".
