новий_модуль

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has developed a new functionality of the Information System for Monitoring the Implementation of State Anti-Corruption Policy (ISM SACP).

The module "Statistical Information on the Performance of Specially Authorized Entities in the Field of Anti-Corruption and Other State Bodies" is already available for public access at the link.

In this section, users can familiarize themselves with the main results of the work of the National Police of Ukraine (NPU), the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), prosecutors, the NAPC and other state bodies in 2023. It provides information on pre-trial and court proceedings of criminal corruption offenses, the number of administrative protocols drawn up and the results of their consideration, information on whistleblowers and many other interesting information related to anti-corruption activities. In addition, there is information on the staff of specially authorized entities in the field of corruption prevention, their funding, cooperation with international and non-governmental organizations, etc.

This tool will be useful for anti-corruption analysts and experts.

The new module has been developed pursuant to the Law of Ukraine On Prevention of Corruption and the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025 (SACP).

Pursuant to Article 18-3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, specially authorized entities in the field of combating corruption and implementers of the SAP are obliged to submit statistical information on the results of their work to the NACP annually (by February 15) within the limits of their authority. The NACP will publish the results of the collection, analysis, synthesis and visualization of statistical information annually by April 15 in a new section of the ISM SACP.
