On October 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., NACP will present a new function - partial auto-completion of the draft declaration in the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Government Functions (the Register of Declarations).
NACP began developing this functionality in 2022, but the need for it was legislated in October 2023, when the Law of Ukraine No. 3384-IX on the restoration of declaration was adopted.
The speakers at the briefing will be Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of NACP, and Yulia Kulikova, Head of the NACP Department of Full Inspections.
They will talk about
- how the new auto-fill function will work, its benefits for declarants, NACP and society;
- what new tools have been introduced by NACP to simplify the procedure for filling out the declaration over the past year;
- what are the further challenges for the declaration institution and what steps will NACP take;
