Based on materials provided by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), as well as independently collected evidence, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to recognize as unjustified the assets of a deputy of a district council in Kyiv Region.
Based on the results of lifestyle monitoring of the official, the NACP established that in 2021–2025, he acquired 2 apartments, 2 land plots, a private house near Kyiv, as well as VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG and TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO 150 cars. The deputy registered part of the assets under his name and the rest under his wife and son. The total value of the property exceeds UAH 4.7 million.
At the same time, an analysis of the income and expenses of the deputy and his family members indicates that their lawful income was insufficient to acquire these assets.
Currently, as an interim measure to secure the lawsuit, the court has placed a seizure on the specified property.
