The NACP opens public access to the Register of Declarations

10.12.2023
On December 10, 2023, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) fulfilled the requirements of Ukraine's Law No. 3384-IX. The Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform Functions of the State or Local Self-Government (hereinafter - the Register of Declarations) is now accessible 24/7, considering security measures outlined in the Law. If a specific declaration is not found, it means a request for removal from public access has been submitted to the NACP.

Document removal from the public section of the Register of Declarations is possible even after its opening until the end or cancellation of the martial law in Ukraine. However, during this period, certain documents will remain publicly accessible.

Documents are removed not only for declarations but also for significant changes in the property status submitted for all periods. Documents submitted by declarants for whom protection measures have been applied are automatically removed from public access.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine initiates the removal of declarations submitted by declarants currently mobilized to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
For information on initiating the removal of declarations, visit: https://nazk.gov.ua/en/news/e-declaring-renewal-how-to-withdraw-a-declaration-from-public-access
Full public access to the Register of Declarations will be restored by the NACP after the end or cancellation of the martial law in Ukraine.

Submit your declarations on time and without mistakes. Stay updated on news via the official NACP website and social media on Telegram https://t.me/NAZK_gov_ua  and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/NAZKgov/.
