On January 15, 2025, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) will hold a public discussion of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Corruption Prevention’ on the Implementation of the Information System for Accounting Information on Administrative Offenses Related to Corruption”.
The draft law was developed by the NACP to implement measure 1.1.1.3.2 of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025.
The discussion will take place online on the ZOOM platform on January 15, 2025 at 11:00 am.

Oral proposals to the draft law can be submitted directly during the public discussion. Written proposals to the draft law can be sent to the following email address: state@nazk.gov.ua by 18:00 on January 15, 2025.
