From 11 to 18 March 2025, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) is conducting electronic consultations on a draft law amending the procedure and conditions for conducting special vetting for certain categories of positions.
The draft law proposes not to conduct a special vetting for candidates for civil service and local government positions if they have already undergone such vetting during martial law and resigned no earlier than one business day before their new appointment.

Please submit your comments and suggestions in DOC(X) format using the electronic form by 16:00 on 18 March 2025.
The NACP will process the received proposals and publish the results on its official website by 25 March 2025.
