Based on the results of lifestyle monitoring conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) submitted a lawsuit to the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to recognise the assets of the former deputy head of the Lviv Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support. The total value of the assets exceeds UAH 7.4 million.
During the lifestyle monitoring, the NACP established that in 2021–2023, the former official acquired assets registered in the names of his relatives. These include:
- a MERCEDES-BENZ GL 350 CDI car registered to his father;
- a NISSAN JUKE car registered to his sister;
- a land plot and a residential house registered to the official's mother-in-law.
It was established that the specified cars were actually used by the former official himself and his wife. At the same time, an analysis of the income and expenses of the declarant and his family members indicates a lack of sufficient lawful income to purchase the specified property.
The lawsuit was based on materials from the NACP, evidence gathered by the SAPO prosecutor, as well as investigative materials from the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigation located in the city of Lviv.
Currently, the HACC has seized the specified property as a measure to secure the claim.
