The Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), Viktor Pavlushchyk, held a meeting with Alle Dorhout, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the latest results of sociological and expert studies regarding the level of corruption in Ukraine, as well as the dynamics of changes in key areas. This included the customs sector, where positive shifts are being recorded, as well as taxation, the judiciary, and the activities of law enforcement agencies.
The parties also exchanged views on the new Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026–2030, which is in the final stages of consideration by the Government.

A separate block of the discussion was dedicated to the NACP's interaction with anti-corruption bodies and other state institutions, as well as the importance of strengthening coordination to ensure a systemic approach to preventing corruption.
Special attention was paid to the implementation of the project “Strengthening the Rule of Law at the Local/Regional Level in Ukraine: The Case of Zakarpattia Oblast,” supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands within the framework of the MATRA program. The NACP's cooperation with the project is focused on expert support and discussing possible approaches to developing the institution of anti-corruption units at the local level.
