NACP updates explanations for the 2024 declaration campaign

30.12.2024

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has updated the explanations for the 2024 declaration campaign, taking into account changes in legislation and feedback from declarants. In the course of preparation, NACP experts processed more than 4 thousand comments in the Knowledge Base and more than 9 thousand questionnaires filled out by declarants after submitting their declarations to the Register.

The updated explanations will help declarants avoid common mistakes and quickly navigate issues that raise doubts.

What is new in the clarifications?

  1. The clarifications are brought in line with the legislative changes that have taken place since last year's declaration campaign.
  2. Clarifications have been added on topical issues, in particular, on the state program to support Ukrainian producers “National Cashback”, financial assistance under the programs “Winter Support”, “eRestoration”, “eHouse”;
  3. The explanations are supplemented with practical examples, and key points are highlighted to draw attention.

The updated materials are already available in the NACP Knowledge Base. A brief summary of the changes and additions to the clarifications on financial integrity can be found at the link.
