Full audits of declarations: court found former head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission guilty of inaccurate asset declaration

06.08.2025

The Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro found the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) guilty of committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (submission of false information in a declaration). The court imposed a fine and banned her from holding positions as a director of municipal institutions and municipal enterprises in the field of medicine for one year.

During a full audit of the 2023 declaration, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention established that the former official did not indicate in her 2023 declaration her real estate, her husband's car, and his income. In addition, the information in the declaration about the funds in the official's accounts was not true. The total amount of false information exceeded UAH 3.2 million.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by the State Bureau of Investigations, which in early May 2025 informed the former official of the suspicion, and at the end of May referred the case to court.

The verdict has entered into legal force.
