The Main Department of the National Police in the Dnipro region, under the procedural supervision of the Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Eastern Region, served a notice of suspicion to Anatolii Pikalo, head of the Dnipro Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCR). The military officer is suspected of illicit enrichment. The value of the assets he acquired exceeds his legitimate income by more than UAH 8.8 million.
The materials of the monitoring of the military commander's lifestyle conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) became the basis for the notice of suspicion.
The lifestyle monitoring revealed that the military commander's father acquired movable and immovable property worth almost UAH 8 million in 2022-2023, namely:
- two apartments in Dnipro worth UAH 1,776,000 and UAH 698,950;
- a VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT car worth UAH 359,700;
- a FORD RANGER car worth UAH 780,000;
- AUDI A6 car worth UAH 1,875,000;
- a VOLKSWAGEN ID.6 car worth UAH 1,300,000.
