Based on the results of a lifestyle monitoring conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), indications of illicit enrichment amounting to nearly UAH 21 million were established regarding the former Commander of Logistics of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The NACP lifestyle monitoring materials were transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), which notified the former official of suspicion of illicit enrichment.
The NACP established that starting in 2019, the official and associated persons acquired assets with a total value of over UAH 20 million, the legal origin of which is not supported by official income.
Specifically, the following were identified:

four land plots in Zhytomyr Oblast worth almost UAH 475 thousand;

four cars with a total value of over UAH 6.8 million;

an apartment in Bukovel worth over UAH 1.9 million;

three apartments in Kyiv with a total value of almost UAH 5.3 million;

two apartments in Vinnytsia worth UAH 1.8 million;
-
an apartment in Zhytomyr worth almost UAH 439 thousand;
-
three residential houses near Zhytomyr with a total value of over UAH 2.4 million;
-
five non-residential premises in Zhytomyr and its suburbs with a total value of over UAH 544 thousand;
-
a garage near Zhytomyr worth UAH 440 thousand.
The total value of these assets amounts to almost UAH 21 million.
Based on the monitoring results, the NACP established that to conceal the actual ownership of the property, it was registered to close relatives and associates, including his common-law wife, parents, son, and godfather (kum). At the same time, according to the investigation, the official remained the actual owner and controller of the assets.
The pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing. Procedural guidance is provided by the Specialized Defense Prosecution Office of the Prosecutor General's Office.
