On November 7 at 11:00 a.m., a presentation and discussion of the Report on the results of the analysis of court practice regarding bringing to responsibility for administrative offenses related to corruption for the years 2014–2024 will take place. The Report was prepared by specialists of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) and the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform with the support of the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI).
The event will also include a discussion of possible ways to improve the practice of bringing to responsibility for administrative offenses related to corruption.
Among the participants of the event are: Head of the NACP Viktor Pavlushchyk; Deputy Head of the NACP Dmytro Kalmykov; Doctor of Law, Professor, and Member of the Board of the Centre of Policy and Legal Reform Mykola Khavroniuk; and EUACI Anti-Corruption Agencies Component Lead Oleksandr Sydielnikov.
