On August 11, 2025, the reporting campaign for parliamentary and non-parliamentary political parties for the 2nd quarter of 2025 ended. More than 130 political parties failed to submit reports on property, income, expenses, and financial liabilities (hereinafter – reports) to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) for this reporting period.

In accordance with Part 20 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Political Parties in Ukraine,” the NACP is obliged, within 10 calendar days from the deadline for submitting reports by political parties, to publish on its official website a list of political parties that did not submit their reports on time. NACP must also ensure that the responsible persons are held accountable as provided by law.

Failure to submit reports entails liability under Article 212-21 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. This includes, in particular, a fine of 300 to 400 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, i.e., from UAH 5,100 to 6,800.
