Head of NACP Viktor Pavlushchyk elected Vice President of the Network for Integrity

17.09.2026

Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), has been elected Vice President of the Network for Integrity (NFI) for the upcoming two-year term.

The decision on the election was made on September 16, 2026, during the plenary meeting of the Network for Integrity in Rome.

The Network for Integrity is an international association of specialised anti-corruption institutions and public ethics bodies from various countries. Its activities are aimed, in particular, at developing public integrity, exchanging experience in the field of asset declaration and control, preventing conflicts of interest, regulating lobbying, and protecting whistleblowers.

The NACP is a full member of the Network. The election of the Head of the Agency to its leadership opens up additional opportunities for Ukraine to participate in shaping the international professional agenda in the field of corruption prevention and presenting Ukrainian experience at the international level.

«For Ukraine, this is an opportunity not only to share our own experience but also to join joint work on developing modern approaches to preventing corruption. The NACP is ready to work together with Network partners on practical solutions that can strengthen the capacity of anti-corruption institutions,» noted NACP Head Viktor Pavlushchyk.

He also outlined three priority areas of work within the scope of the vice presidency:

  • Evidence-based anti-corruption policy and corruption risk management: the systematic use of data, analytics, and performance evaluation to develop and improve preventive measures;

  • Digital integrity infrastructure and responsible innovation: the development of digital tools for asset declaration, financial control, and work with state registers, as well as the responsible application of artificial intelligence technologies;

  • Public engagement and a culture of integrity: the development of educational initiatives and interaction with civil society to strengthen trust in public institutions.

As part of the vice presidency, the NACP will support the Network's work, foster interaction among its members, and prepare joint initiatives, expert discussions, and practical materials. In accordance with the Network's Statute, the vice presidency also entails subsequent succession to the position of President after the completion of the respective two-year term.

In the previous two-year period, the Network's Presidency was held by the National Anti-Corruption Authority of Italy (ANAC); these functions are currently being transferred to the High Inspectorate for the Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interest (HIDAACI) of Albania. The Network includes 14 full members, including the NACP.
