The team of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has won the International Public Body of the Year category at the ESE Public Sector Transformation Awards 2024.
This is an annual award for UK and international public sector organizations for their efforts to improve and transform local public services. The Transformation Awards ceremony took place in London, United Kingdom.
"Our achievements are the result of joint efforts and dedication to our mission. The victory of the NACP team is a testament to the achievements in the cultural and managerial transformation of the National Agency. A clear vision, values and goals contribute to the formation of a coherent strategy, and the use of the OKRs management methodology helps to achieve the goal more efficiently and in the fastest possible way," said Oleksiy Podoliev, Head of the NACP Strategic Planning Sector.
The NACP applied for the award several months ago and became the only agency outside the UK to receive the award. The awards were presented in several categories. Other winners included the British police, emergency services, digitalization, social services, etc. The NACP team participated in the event online.
For two years now, the National Agency has been working in accordance with the best international management standards, using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology in its work. It is worth noting that the UK government and many global corporations also use this methodology in their work.
The NACP team is grateful for the high appreciation and recognition of the approaches and activities of the Agency by its European partners.
